When it rains or snows outside, we like to exercise
inside.
We push our hands
up toward the sky.
One time and two times,
and three, four, and five.

We hold our hands out very wide
then twist our bodies from side to side,
and we keep on for 3 more times.
Then we pretend we're making climbs.
Sometimes we do it when we're tired
but have to work some more.
We're careful not to get too loud
so they don't hear next door.
