I asked my good friend "What is War?"
He said he could tell me
that it is complicated
and difficult to see.
One side says "I am mad because
such and such and so.
I must get mad or if I don't
it will only grow."
Sometimes both sides are mad because
they did things to each other before.
It makes them be suspicious,
more and more and more. |
Remember, though, that people
can usually avoid real fights.
It never has to happen
if we honor each other's rights.
The force of Allah, force of God,
are not the battlers here.
It is the Great Corrupter
that we all have to fear.
But we can all say "Stop it!"
And "Devil, go away!"
"You'll not split up earth's neighbors!"
"You will not win today!"
